Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to Privacy

Your personal content stays on your device and syncs through iCloud—we never see it or store it. This policy explains the limited data we collect to operate and improve InBible.

Information We Collect
App Analytics

We use privacy-focused TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage data including:

  • Feature usage patterns

  • App performance metrics

  • Device type and iOS version

  • Crash reports and stability data

This helps us improve the app. All data uses randomized identifiers that cannot be linked to you. Measurement of Bible translation usage is required by our publisher agreements. You can opt out of all other anonymous measurement in Settings > Advanced > Analytics.

Subscription Management

If you subscribe, RevenueCat securely processes your subscription using Apple's payment system. We receive:

  • Transaction receipts

  • Subscription status

  • Anonymous user ID

Advertising Attribution (With Your Permission)

To measure the effectiveness of our Instagram and Facebook advertising campaigns, we use Meta's SDK in our app.

What We Share:

  • With your permission: iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) when you grant tracking permission via iOS prompt.

  • For statistical ad attribution: Device information and app events (installs, subscriptions) may be shared with Meta to measure ad performance and optimize targeting.

Your Controls:

  • iOS Tracking: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (controls IDFA sharing).

  • Disable all Meta data sharing: InBible Settings > Advanced > Analytics.

  • Meta Controls: Manage your data at Facebook Settings > Off-Facebook Activity.

This data helps us understand which ads brought you to InBible and improve our advertising to reach people who would enjoy the app. For details on Meta's data practices, see Meta's Data Policy.

Newsletter (Optional)

If you sign up for our newsletter, Loops manages your email address. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

Data Requests

Because we use anonymous identifiers for analytics that cannot be linked to individuals, we cannot identify, access, modify, or delete specific individual's analytics data. For subscription data or newsletter subscriptions, please contact us at privacy@inwonderapps.com.

Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct advertising to users under 13.

Because we do not collect information that would identify a user's age or identity, we cannot determine if a specific user is under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's use of the app:

  • Disable all data collection: InBible Settings > Advanced > Analytics. This prevents all data sharing with Meta and other third parties, beyond required Bible translation usage statistics required by our license agreements.

  • You may contact us at privacy@inwonderapps.com with any concerns.

Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced in the app's "What's New" section. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
